I took two storm windows to Ace Hardware. Schor Glass picked up the order immediately, since they were in the store at drop off.

I was told that the work would take a week. Two weeks later I was able to pick up the completed windows.

For two storm windows they changed over $100.00.

I expected shiny, clean, new glass.
What I received was a gummy, gluey mess.

They just replaced 11 windows. Process was easy and from initial visit to completion took about 1 month. Carlos and team arrived yesterday at 8:30 and completed in 3 hours. I set the tone of my experience by calling Schor Glass in the AM and asked them which time of day would be best for having their technician cut a pane of glass while I waited.  When I arrived,  I made sure that I was pleasant and showed appreciation for the service they were providing to me.  The office staff was nice and when the technician was completed, he even was so kind as to carry the glass to my vehicle and put it in the trunk. Sometimes I think that people who have negative experiences bring it upon themselves.  I make sure that I bring the energy that I wish to recieve. Carlos adjusted our master steam shower 3/8 frameless glass door after careful thought and several considerations. He was right on time, careful worker, explained everything fully, asked for our input, did the work efficiently, cleaned up the work area when he was done. In my experience everything was flawless from beginning to end. My glass shower door exploded in to pieces. The next day I called glasshopper and an appointment was made the first call, for then to come out and inspect the shower stall. They gave me a quote later in the day. It was a great quote. I accepted the quote and the door was received in a week. The door from the manufacturer arrived damaged. Glasshopper had another door on less than a week. Everything looks great. I not only recommend but celebrate the experience, friendly attitudes and professionalism. I read one review in particular that was negative.
